| Just purchased a Brandon Vera R1 auto. That brings me up to 31 of the 37 Round 1 autos. I'm pretty excited about it. The last six will be tough as they are mostly the high money cards. Either way, I'm happy. Just wanted to share. |

Oh!!!! That's about as cute as a chapped ass!!!! My bad for not reading it closely. Whoever came in 2nd can thank me. I should put gear auto pictures up for all my regular listings. thats some BS that ebay shouldnt allow seelers tog et away with - if u have a card in teh picture u shouldnt be allowed to be sellgin a different one it eh description - i know technially ur supposed to read the desc but c'mon if u see the pic dont u kinda assume thats teh card ur getting ?
obivoulsy i dont mean the ppl that post a scan with 4 cards and are usign teh pic to sell 4 cards but i mean a situation liek this one - that sucks buddy ------------- |

It's kinda like a loop hole in a contract, or not reading the fine print on a good deal. He got me this time, but this is how we learn. I'll be sure to complain, but not much I can do after that. |

You can get your money back. EBay won’t do anything they never do you are protected through PayPal. File a claim with them and 90% of the time they will side with the buyer. As an active seller his listing is not accurate if there is any doubt they will side with the buyer. It is your decision but I don’t think that listing is right. | I saw that one too, I can see if it was written at the bottom or something but its written in big red bold, the first part of the description and says "Important" ... you would have to have only looked at the pic and bid and never even read any part of it. |

I definitely ASS u ME d it was the card in the picture and didn't read on. Sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words, but again, making an ass out of U and Me by pulling the trigger based on the picture alone. I will probably not fight it, but bitch and moan and take it up the tail pipe. |

Since it's already been sent, to me, a reasonable solution is to partially refund the difference between what I paid and what the card typically sells for, and pay the extra in final value fees since it was my mistake. I did a search, the last, non damaged riddle sold for 10.50. Other Ult gears of similar guys sold for 6-10 dollars. The extra final value fees are about $4. He already got me for $4.50 shipping. So, I'd say $52- $15 for a partial refund of $37. Am I off my rocker thinking this is fair? |

He's sticking to his "you're in a binding contract, blah blah." Now he's just pissing me off when I was willing to pay what the card is worth plus his final value fees. When you are not even reasonable, that's when I get pissy. |

Like I said you can return any item. Ebay won’t do anything trust me. PayPal is where the protection comes from you file a claim with them. They will freeze the money in his account until you guys figure something out you have to do it in soon I think 20 days are something like that. As the seller you have no rights (trust me I know from experience) you could have done everything correct it still would not matter. Just make sure you file the claim no matter what and send the card back to him with DC and once you can prove to PayPal he got the card you get your money. Don’t way overpay for that card. You made an honest mistake this guy it trying to get more money for a card that is why that picture is up. He can say it is a binding contract but that is not true. Hell as a seller you can leave Neg feedback to a buyer you can block and give him a non paying strike but you can have like 2-3 of them before Ebay restricts you. ------------- PLease Check at my http://photobucket.com/QuadracerCards - Bucket |

Since the guy is totally unreasonable, I am definitely filing a claim. The card was at $40 when I bid. I did not bother reading because the price was already was past what would have been a regular one. When the clock is ticking down, and the price is so high, some times you just bid. The red flag was when he was not willing to take a more than reasonable amount with me paying his fees. He honestly thought he was going out of his way to give me a $10 refund, making it only a $42 dinged card, with $4.50 shipping. Unfortunately, he is in Canada, so I'll have to pay a little more for sending it back. Still worth it just on principle. |

its a pretty dirty play on the sellers part, ebay is now full of idiots and scammers looking to take advantage of people. I remember when it was fun to use. Maybe we should go back to meeting people in person in dark alleys to exchange our money for their goods edit: where in Canada is he? |
