Hey Guys,
I was talking to local Cedar Rapids,IA fighter Cliff Wright JR about a BMMAC sponsorship for his May 18th Bellator fight Against Josh Quayhagen. Cliff trains at Hard Drive MMA,HD is where Erik Koch & Jesse Lennox came from. The whole team is super hot right now,they have been real good for years! We would need to raise $400 for sponsorship,that would get the logo on his shorts & banner. I am in talks with him on signed pics & Gloves or the walkout shirt(still waiting to hear back on these). Whatever we get will be raffled,everyone that donates will be in the raffle. Lets go a min. of $25 donation up to whatever you what. Reply i'am in & the amount. Just got this back from Cliff looks like he will give us his walkout shirt & Gloves!
Hey Brent, I told the guy getting my banner shorts and shirts done that I would try to have everything set up by next Monday, the 16th of April. However, that sounds good to me. I will do the gloves and a walk out shirt, maybe if you want to have 2 winners or something. I also have no problem signing photos! I just sent my contact at Bellator an email trying to find out if im for sure on the main card on MTV2 or Spike.com. Still waiting for a response from that email. I will keep you posted. Hello All, My name is Cliff Wright, I was born in Iowa City but lived in Cedar Rapids most of my life. I am focused right now with my ultimate goal to become a champ in the UFC at Featherweight or Lightweight. I will be stepping into the cage May 18 for Bellator Fighting Championship 69 against Josh Quayhagen. I didnt have a background in wrestling or boxing but always been a athletic guy. I am a strong believer that if you set a goal and focus your energy to that goal that you can do anything you set your mind to. If you tell me I cant do something, I will have to prove you wrong. I look forward to working with BMMAC, I will be checking this forum on a regular and if anyone has any questions for me, feel free to ask! Everyone have a great day!
