This looks to me like a dodgey seller has stuck some random sticker he made at home over a normal bloodlines card, in order to make this "Promo".

Who the hell bought this for 100??

PROMO means not real or fake??? on who's planet?? Promo means promotional, used to sell/promote the main product, nothing to do with real or fake... someone got taken...
