Got this gold base and just wondering if anybody has been getting any like this lately

the last box of rd2 i opened, about half of the golds were like that. it is funny,, because the first two boxes of title shot i opened..every top ten fight was missing the gold foil too. i throw them in the garbage..some people put them on ebay and try to sell them as 'errors' missing gold foil seems to be an ongoing issue at topps.
