rb, sometimes Topps will still allow a redemption for a certain time period after it expires, it all depends on the CS rep you get(you would have to call it in), some people get denied every time, and I have heard stories of people getting a redemption filled that was already expired by a year.

I know UD is starting a new redemption program, where they are fulfilling all of their old redemption no matter how old, maybe this will cause the other companies to follow suit.

I agree.
It's similar to gift cards. They can no longer have expiration dates on them because a law was passed. As a buyer you paid your money for that box of cards so it doesn't seem fair for them to not honor a live redemption.

Fubar, contact them, their new program started this month, I am not sure if they will accept ones back form the 90's but if you have alot of them, don't tell them you bought a box at an estate sale, tell them you buy cases upon cases of their older product, and you will stop if they don't hook you up, these card companies have tens of thousands of $ worth of cards waiting for redmeption or replacements. Who knows maybe they will send you the Anderson Silva Kncokout base card, since that never showed up either.

All redemptions through Series 4 have expired. Based on Topps in the past year, if you have an expired redemption, you are SOL. I know a baseball collector, who is sitting on roughly $500k in redemptions from the last 2 years alone. And they are trying to give him $100 trade value, for redemptions that cost $3 to 4k. Lawyers, and the BBB are involved, but not much is being done. Topps told this guys law team, that they are working on eliminating redemptions for good within the next few years. I highly doubt this well happen.
