I bought a box of Round 2 from Blowout last month and I was shorted an auto and I didn't get a silver card either. I sent in the form with the wrappers, the receipt, and the barcode from the box along with a very polite letter explaining the issue.
I got the wrappers today and the receipt back with a letter that says: "This product that you sent in for replacement is now considered obsolete by this plant. We can replace defective products that have been manufactured during the current year but we do not carry and stock for products made in prior years." "It is a good idea to check any purchases you make as soon as possible so that we can replace any defects for you while we have a supply. We are returning your submission according to this procedure." What the hell is wrong with Topps? They don't carry stock for past products? I call BS. Is that why people have been given replacements of Round 2 cards for unfilled redemptions from 2011 KO? Any advice for me? Or is it not even worth the effort to try and deal with these retards? I received the same response last year when I bought a crappy case that was short a few hits... Topps was completely ignorant about the whole situation.

I find posting on their facebook page a twitter account are the only ways to get them to do anything.
I would do a nice post and give us the link to keep it fresh till they help you. Last 2 times I posted on their FB and twit they called me.

Yeah they only will replace product from this calendar year(every company has the same policy, some customer service reps, will let you slide though, call back a few times), any past product you are usually SOL. BO has nothing to do with this, it is all Topps' fault.
And they have a TON of rd 2 cards for redemption replacements but those will not go out for anything put current year products. Redemptions and replacements are handled by Tristar( not GSp's gym, lol), not by any Topps' employee.
