I think his ultimate plan is to keep re-listing for free until someone actually pays his opening bid or he gets an off-ebay offer that is acceptable to where he has to pay no fees (well...maybe paypal fees).

After re-listing so many times you think he would put an OBO on his auctions that way he could at least see what someone might give him.

Its not costing him anything.
Its free on ebay to list something as an Auction, thats why he keeps relisting the same cards over and over.

He is a retard, I sold him a rd2 Rachelle Leah gear 1/25 a nice red ink auto for $170 and he put it up right away for $350 a year ago and no one bought it and every 2 months he puts it back up for anywhere from $260 to $350 and no one buys it but he keeps putting it back up for the same price while wasting god knows how much in ebay fees.

what he is hoping is the offers go up. If you list it for 400, guys will offer 350 or 300, he thinks if he puts up 500, guys will offer 450 or 400...
