Same with Anderson Silva. I don't think I've seen him sign anywhere else like he did on the Round 1 Red Inks.

R1 Red Ink GSP Auto looks quite different from any other GSP Auto. Very neat, legit & with nickname inscription. I don't think he use that style of autograph for any other releases.

I have owned 4 or 5 of these.. I kept two for myself.. The best BGS graded ones and I am not selling them for 850...

Maybe these scammers are that good but I would think that someone knowledgeable would be able to tell a real from a fake?

Do you think this may make the gear autos more valuable in the future? Harder to fake?
Has anyone ever seen a fake red 1 red ink? I've only seen discussions on the fake r2 autos |

rd 1 autos are very easily faked. That is why people are selling them now. might as well get $850 now, instead of $100-200 in 5 years or so, when BGS has 30-40 GSP red inks, on their pop reports.
and sending into PSA or BGS is not much help. PSA authenticated a Bo Knows Bo books as an authentic auto, when it is printed on the cover page of every book.

I'm not sure how easy it is to fake those R1 red autos but there have been at least 3 different R1 Red Ink GSP cards sold in the last couple months on ebay.That seems like a lot to me if you subtract that by the number of red ink here on bmmac that is a significant percentage. I would want the card BGS slabbed to authenticate it, if I was buying one. Or get it and send it to BGS quickly and get it back in time to return it to see if it is fake. Either way if I had a couple thousand to burn I would have bought ALL those GSP red inks. His blue autos goes for $350 and the red ink are only going for $850? Seems like a great deal to me. |

Whats up with this card .
Auctioned off with 1 bid once sold in december by a seller and then relisted using the same picture twice and sold twice as best offer after the first sale . seller number 2 sells 1 and leaves feedback to the buyer and then sells another 1 a few days later . guess he had 2 to sell .  Damn , i know i been eyeing this card . It all seems normal and yet oddly strange .  IS IT 1 OR IS IT 2 , THAT CARD IS FLYING OF THE SHELF !!! Anyone here grab it or both of them ?
